Bill Includes DSU Science Center Renovation Representatives of South Dakota’s public universities and the Board of Regents joined Gov. Mike Rounds March 17 to commemorate the signing of House Bill 1085. House Bill 1085 authorizes a $74.5 million state bond issue to finance construction, renovation, and modernization of 11 higher education science facility and laboratory projects. The bill contained $6 million in bonding authority to renovate the Habeger Science Center at Dakota State University.
