Why did you choose your major? I have always had a love for sports. It was one of the few things I was very passionate about. I feel that fitness/health is a lifelong commitment and I wanted to ensure I did the most I could to be educated about this vital topic. I feel that this major, combined with the technology education I receive here at Dakota State, will enable me to find an awesome job that will be both satisfying and challenging.
Why did you choose DSU? I chose DSU because it had a great atmosphere from day 1. I was never worried about finding a friendly face who could point me in the right direction. The faculty was warm and inviting, which gave me the confidence I needed to be successful.
What do you love to do for fun at DSU? I enjoy the dances that are held every semester. They are so much fun!
Favorite DSU memory: My favorite times at DSU were definitely the days I spent in the dorms. I met my best friends and really got to know a lot of people on campus. One of them was even my R.A.! Pulling pranks, watching movies, doing homework together…. We always found some way to hangout and it really made my first two years at DSU fly by.
Favorite Super hero & why: Wonder Woman of course! She had the best costume and that sweet invisible Jet. Plus, she kicked butt in knee high boots.
What is your dream job? My dream job would be to work in the health care industry as a nurse or a physical therapist. I think they would be some of the most rewarding jobs, bringing beneficial aspects to everyone involved.
Favorite sports team? Seattle Mariners and the Dallas Cowboys
How would you spend $10,000? I would pay off my debts and invest half of it. Then I would reward myself with a little shopping spree!
